BetterThanBlank: Priority One - betterthanblank

yep, good stuff. it is "the only necessary thing". its the simplest thing but usually the hardest discipline for me to get consistent in. recently i was encouraged by one of my professors to start a worry list in the morning of all the things on my mind, then pray all those back to God and accept that he is able to take care of everything and give me the strength to handle the things i need to take care. it helps, i am at peace and trust God better when i do this.
this is just one aspect of prayer. good post.

Hey Alex, sorry to bother you. I received a message from Jen but I can't reply to it. I would like to be able to contact her but since she doesn't have a blogger profile I can't. Maybe it isn't blogger that is the problem, maybe it is me :) If you could maybe give her my e-mail address so she could e-mail me directly and not through blogger. I'm sorry to do this to you. Thanks

kristen, no worries at all - I sent Jen yer info. thanks for stopping by again!

james, good call. I've been taught to bring a pad of paper to times of dedicated prayer to write things down that cloud the mind, ideas, worries, just to get them out.
